Our Play Frame is cleaned before and after each play session. Please arrive and depart in a timely fashion as per your booked session time.
We ask you please sanitise your hands on arrival before entering our Cafe. Before using any equipment and apparatus. Before and After using the toilet facilities.
We have a one way system in place to aid social distancing. Please adhere to this.
Please do not move any of the café furniture.
We request Grown Ups wear face coverings, unless seated at a table consuming food & drink.
Please BE KIND to Our Team and to others using our facilities whilst we all adapt to a new normal Soft Play experience.

All Tickets are valid for the Day and Time Stated on Ticket only.
All Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable
A valid age appropriate ticket is required, these will be checked on arrival and charged if incorrect.
All Members tickets and SEN tickets are valid upon presentation of Membership Cards on arrival.
